Thank you for visiting Loretta's Authentic Pralines. Our products are made fresh daily. Loretta's Pralines have no preservatives, therefore they will crystallize in three (3) weeks. We guarantee the quality of all merchandise we sell and your complete satisfaction.

Orders

You may order online, by fax, or by mail. All online orders are processed through our secure sever. To fax, simply fill in all information on the order form including your credit card information, print the order form, and fax to the above number.

For mail orders complete the order, print the order form and mail it with your check or money order for the full amount including shipping and handling fees to the above address.

Gifts

If you order a gift basket, we will be happy to enclose a gift card with a message. Please note this in the Comments Section on the order form along with your desired message.

Shipping

We ship via UPS. Our ordering system automatically calculates shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges vary according to method shipped. The methods available are Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day,and Next-Day.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Due to the length of time to ship for orders going to the North East or West Coast, we recommend you ship 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air to ensure freshness upon delivery. For rates to Alaska and Hawaii e-mail us at lorettas@nocoxmail.com

Any orders placed that have an incorrect shipping address, cusstomer will be required to pay the costs to have orders reshipped.

To ensure freshness any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
